Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons pesto
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices to your desired crispiness.
  2. While the bread is toasting, poach or fry the eggs to your liking.
