Instructions

- In a bowl, mix mayo, sour cream, garlic, dried dill, pickle juice, salt, and pepper to make the garlic dill sauce.
- Stretch the dough onto parchment paper and spread a thin layer of the sauce across the crust.
- Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the sauce.
- Top with pickle slices, spacing them for even coverage.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Garnish with fresh dill or red pepper flakes if desired.
