Description

A fun and tasty way to enjoy breakfast, mixing the delicious flavors of pizza with scrambled eggs.


Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni slices (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil or oregano for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour the eggs into the skillet and let them cook for a minute.
  4. Add pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni slices on top.
  5. Cook until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted, about 3-5 minutes.

Notes
