Description
Spooky and fun Halloween-themed pizza skulls filled with gooey cheese and your favorite toppings. Perfect for parties, family nights, or festive gatherings.
Ingredients
- Pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
- Pizza sauce
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni slices or other favorite fillings (sausage, mushrooms, veggies, BBQ chicken, etc.)
- Cooking spray or butter for greasing molds
- Optional: marinara, ranch, or garlic butter for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease skull-shaped baking molds.
- Roll out dough into thin sheets and press into each mold cavity, leaving a small overhang.
- Spoon in a layer of pizza sauce.
- Add shredded mozzarella and desired fillings (pepperoni, sausage, veggies, etc.).
- Cover with another thin layer of dough and pinch edges to seal.
- Place mold on a baking sheet for stability.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then carefully remove from molds.
- Serve warm with dipping sauces like marinara, ranch, or garlic butter.
Notes
For best results, roll the dough thin so the skull details remain visible. Make a variety of fillings to suit different tastes. Can be made ahead and reheated in the oven.
