Ingredients
- Potstickers (frozen or homemade)
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 cups greens (such as bok choy, spinach, or kale)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring it to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the potstickers and cook according to package instructions.
- Stir in the greens and soy sauce, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until the greens are wilted.
- Taste and season with pepper as desired.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar or a pinch of chili flakes. To thicken the soup, mix cornstarch with water and add during cooking.
