A creamy, no-bake pumpkin dip that’s quick, flavorful, and perfect for fall gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup whipped topping (optional for lighter texture)
- Fresh fruit (apples, pears, strawberries) for dipping
- Graham crackers, pretzels, gingersnaps, or vanilla wafers for dipping
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add pumpkin puree and powdered sugar, mixing until fully combined.
- Stir in cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice.
- Fold in whipped topping for a lighter texture, if desired.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to let flavors blend.
- Serve with fruit, crackers, or cookies of your choice.
Notes
Always use pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling. Dip can be made ahead and refrigerated for 3–5 days. Freezing is not recommended.
