Ingredients
- 36 Oreo cookies, crushed into fine crumbs
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 16 oz melting chocolate (white, dark, or milk)

Instructions
- Pulse Oreos in a food processor until finely crushed.
- In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos, softened cream cheese, pumpkin purée, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt chocolate using a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth.
- Dip each chilled ball into melted chocolate, coating evenly, and return to the tray.
