Description

Ingredients

  • 36 Oreo cookies, crushed into fine crumbs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée

  • 16 oz melting chocolate (white, dark, or milk)
  • Optional: festive sprinkles, crushed cookies, or caramel drizzle for decoration


Instructions

  1. Pulse Oreos in a food processor until finely crushed.
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos, softened cream cheese, pumpkin purée, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
  3. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
