Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup simple syrup infused with cinnamon and nutmeg
  • 2 cups seltzer or ginger ale (cold, added before serving)
  • Optional: 1 cup spiced rum and 1/2 cup vodka (for alcoholic version)
  • Optional: 1/2 cup condensed milk + splash of stout (Caribbean twist)
  • Orange wheels, apple slices, cinnamon sticks, star anise, cranberries (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl or pitcher, whisk together pumpkin purée, lemon juice, and spiced syrup until smooth and lump-free.
  2. Slowly whisk in the apple cider and orange juice until fully blended.
  3. Chill the mixture for at least 4 hours or overnight for best flavor.
