Ingredients
- 8 oz block of feta cheese, drained (220 grams)
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
- 1-2 Tbsp honey (plus more, to serve)
- 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh thyme)
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- Chopped walnuts (optional; raw or toasted)
- Extra honey drizzle
- Crusty, toasted bread (like sourdough or baguette)
- Crackers
Instructions
- Add the feta cheese and Greek yogurt to a food processor and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Add the pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and black pepper; blend until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the fridge and chill, covered, for 30-60 minutes.
- When ready to serve, transfer the dip to a bowl and garnish with walnuts, fresh thyme, honey drizzle, and black pepper.
- Serve with toasted bread or crackers for dipping.
Notes
Make sure the feta cheese is well-drained to avoid a watery dip. Adjust sweetness with honey as desired. Fresh herbs elevate the flavor; dried thyme can be used in a pinch.
