Description

Creamy, tangy, and slightly sweet, this Pumpkin Whipped Feta Dip blends pumpkin puree, feta cheese, honey, and herbs for a smooth, flavorful autumn appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 block feta cheese (about 8 oz)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
  • 12 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme or 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (optional for texture)
  • Chopped nuts, herbs, or honey drizzle for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine feta, Greek yogurt, and pumpkin puree in a food processor or blender.
  2. Add honey, thyme, and black pepper; blend until smooth.
  3. If too thick, add olive oil or a spoon of yogurt. For a thinner dip, add a teaspoon of milk.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning with more honey or salt if needed.
  5. Chill for 30–60 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  6. Before serving, garnish with toasted nuts, herbs, or a drizzle of honey.

Notes

Use a block of feta for best texture. Chill before serving for a firmer, creamier dip. Serve with crackers, bread, or fresh veggies.
