Ingredients
- 1 block feta cheese (about 8 oz)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
- 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme or 1 tsp fresh thyme
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil (optional for texture)
- Chopped nuts, herbs, or honey drizzle for garnish
Instructions
- Combine feta, Greek yogurt, and pumpkin puree in a food processor or blender.
- Add honey, thyme, and black pepper; blend until smooth.
- If too thick, add olive oil or a spoon of yogurt. For a thinner dip, add a teaspoon of milk.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with more honey or salt if needed.
- Chill for 30–60 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Before serving, garnish with toasted nuts, herbs, or a drizzle of honey.
Notes
Use a block of feta for best texture. Chill before serving for a firmer, creamier dip. Serve with crackers, bread, or fresh veggies.
