Description

Ingredients

  • 2 white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, capers, black olives, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring the sauce to a simmer and let cook for about 10 minutes.
  5. Add the fish fillets to the skillet, spooning some sauce over them.
