Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ranch dressing, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken chunks to the marinade and toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Let the chicken marinate longer for more flavor; a few hours or even overnight works well. Use fresh garlic for the best taste.
