Description
An easy and delicious recipe for grilled chicken skewers, marinated in ranch dressing, garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
- Optional: fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ranch dressing, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
- Add chicken chunks to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Grill skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, then serve warm.
Notes
If you have leftovers, let the skewers cool completely. Place them in an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator for 2-3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before using to prevent burning on the grill.
