Raspberry Swirl Brioche Loaf is a delightful treat that combines the rich, buttery flavor of brioche with the sweet and tangy taste of raspberry jam.
Ingredients
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix warm milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1–2 hours.
- Once risen, punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle.
- Spread raspberry jam evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and twist it before placing it in a greased loaf pan.
- Cover the loaf and let it rise for another 30–45 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake the loaf for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before slicing.

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for longer storage.
