  • 3 eggs

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Maple syrup (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Cook the sausage links according to package instructions.
  2. Flatten the slices of bread with a rolling pin.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and sugar in a bowl to create the egg mixture.
  4. Dip each slice of flattened bread into the egg mixture, ensuring it is well-coated.
  5. Place a cooked sausage link at one end of the bread slice and roll it up tightly.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter.
  7. Cook the roll-ups seam-side down until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  8. Remove from the skillet and serve warm with maple syrup for dipping.

Notes
