  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 4 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions or bell peppers


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Roll out the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of sausage, a bit of cheese, and a small amount of the egg mixture in each triangle.
  5. Roll the triangles up tightly, starting from the wider end.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
