Ingredients
- 4 ripe peaches, diced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 baguette, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine diced peaches, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
- Whip the ricotta cheese and heavy cream in another bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Spread the whipped ricotta on each slice of toasted baguette.
- Top with the peach mixture and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve immediately.
