Ingredients
- 1 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 egg (or egg substitute)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the protein powder, oat flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the almond milk, egg, and maple syrup.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased ramekin or bowl.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
