  • 2 onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Season the beef brisket with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Place the sliced onions and minced garlic at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Place the brisket on top of the onions and garlic.

  5. Cover and cook on low for 480-600 minutes or high for 240-300 minutes until tender.
