Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the chicken breasts, rice, chicken broth, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
