  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger

  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup molasses


Instructions

  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar together until smooth.
