Ingredients
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 1 lb beef (such as flank steak or sirloin), thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine sliced beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the marinated beef and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add sliced bell pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Toss in the cooked noodles and stir to combine everything.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve topped with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the beef marinate for longer than 15 minutes. You can also use different vegetables like broccoli or carrots.
