Ingredients
- 8 oz noodles (rice or egg noodles)
- 1 lb beef (sirloin or flank steak), thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add sesame oil.
- Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add the bell peppers and broccoli, cooking until just tender, about 3-5 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce and brown sugar. Pour over the beef and vegetables, stirring to coat.
- Add the cooked noodles into the skillet and toss everything together until heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
