Description
A luxurious twist on the classic chocolate strawberry, Strawberry Chocolate Dubai features handpicked berries dipped in premium chocolate and adorned with 24K gold leaf, saffron, and other Middle Eastern delights.
Ingredients
- 12 large, ripe strawberries
- 200g dark chocolate (Belgian, Swiss, or camel milk)
- 24K edible gold leaf sheets
- 2 tbsp crushed pistachios
- 1 tbsp dried rose petals
- Pinch of saffron threads
- 1 tsp rosewater (optional)
- 1 tbsp cocoa butter (for shine)
Instructions
- Wash and completely dry the strawberries. Set aside.
- In a double boiler, melt the chocolate slowly until smooth. Add rosewater if using.
- Dip each strawberry halfway into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off.
- Place dipped strawberries on parchment paper and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Once slightly set, press on gold leaf, pistachios, or rose petals as desired.
- Brush lightly with melted cocoa butter for a glossy finish.
- Arrange in a luxury gift box or on a velvet-lined dessert tray for presentation.
