Ingredients

- 1 can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions
- Cream the softened butter in a large mixing bowl until smooth and fluffy.
- Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk to the creamed butter, mixing until well combined.
- Sift in the all-purpose flour and baking powder, mixing until a soft, cohesive dough forms.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop small amounts of the dough and roll them into balls; place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until slightly golden around the edges.
- Allow to cool slightly before dusting with confectioner’s sugar.
