Description

Taco Cups are a fun and easy way to enjoy classic taco flavors in a bite-sized form, perfect for parties or quick dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • Cooking spray or oil
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, diced tomatoes, lettuce


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning to the beef and mix well.
  4. Coat a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil.
  5. Press wonton wrappers into the muffin tin to form cups.
  6. Fill each cup with the seasoned ground beef and top with cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cups are crispy and cheese is melted.
  8. Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
