  • 1 cup cooked ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Tortilla chips or mini tacos for serving


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning and water according to package instructions and simmer for a few minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing until smooth.
