Description
A hearty and comforting Tater Tot Casserole made with seasoned ground beef, creamy mushroom soup, gooey cheese, and crispy tater tots.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 package frozen tater tots
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, and season with salt and pepper.
- In a greased baking dish, spread the beef mixture evenly.
- Top with shredded cheese and arrange tater tots on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve and enjoy!
