Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together corn syrup, sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped pecans and chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the filling is set and a knife inserted comes out clean.
