Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or olive oil.
  2. Add frozen Trader Joe’s Lobster Pasta to the skillet.
  3. Cover and cook for 6–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove the lid and stir gently to coat the pasta in sauce evenly.
  5. Cook uncovered for another 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley or lemon zest and serve hot.
  7. Optional: Add extra seafood or seasonings during the last 2 minutes for elevated flavor.

Notes

For added brightness, include a splash of white wine or squeeze of lemon juice. Best cooked on stovetop but microwave works in a pinch.
