Description

Refreshing watermelon slushies perfect for hot days, easy to make, and healthier than many frozen beverages.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Optional: sweetener to taste


Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the cubed watermelon and lime juice.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add ice to the blender and blend again until you reach a slushy consistency.
  4. Taste and add sweetener if desired.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes
