  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound chicken, diced
  • 1 cup butter chicken sauce
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together. Gradually add the water and knead the mixture until a smooth dough forms. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Roll out the rested dough into flatbreads.
