Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 pound chicken, diced
- 1 cup butter chicken sauce
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together. Gradually add the water and knead the mixture until a smooth dough forms. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Roll out the rested dough into flatbreads.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the flatbreads in the skillet until they are golden brown on both sides.
- In another pan, melt the butter and add the diced chicken. Cook until the chicken is browned.
- Pour the butter chicken sauce over the chicken and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Serve the butter chicken on the warm flatbreads and garnish with fresh cilantro.
