Instructions

  1. Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
  2. Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Dip each flattened slice of bread in the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.
  4. Place a sausage link at one end of the bread slice and roll it up.
  5. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook the rolled-up French toast for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with maple syrup.
