- 4 sausage links

Instructions
- Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Dip each flattened slice of bread in the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.
- Place a sausage link at one end of the bread slice and roll it up.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the rolled-up French toast for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve hot with maple syrup.
