Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh melon, diced
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 4 oz prosciutto, sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella, cubed
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine the diced melon, raspberries, and cucumber in a large bowl.
- Add the prosciutto and mozzarella into the bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salad and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently toss all the ingredients together to mix well.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
