Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh melon, diced
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz prosciutto, sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella, cubed
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Olive oil, for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Combine the diced melon, raspberries, and cucumber in a large bowl.
  2. Add the prosciutto and mozzarella into the bowl.
