Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken thighs (or breasts)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, vegetable oil, and sesame oil.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper, and place it in a pan over medium heat.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
