Ingredients
- 1 pack of Oreo cookies
- 1 package of cream cheese
- 1 cup of Rice Krispies
- 1 cup of fruit-flavored jelly or jam
- 1 cup of coconut (optional for garnish)
- A few pieces of fruit for decoration (like strawberries or bananas)
Instructions
- Start by crushing the Oreo cookies in a bowl until they turn into fine crumbs.
- Mix the cream cheese with the crushed Oreos until smooth and well combined.
- Add the Rice Krispies to the mixture and stir well for a nice crunchy texture.
- Lay a piece of plastic wrap on a flat surface. Spread the Oreo mixture evenly over the plastic wrap, leaving about an inch of space around the edges.
- Add a layer of jelly on top of the Oreo mixture.
- Start rolling the plastic wrap tightly to form a log, ensuring everything stays together.
- Twist the ends of the plastic wrap to seal it.
- Place it in the refrigerator for about 60 minutes to set.
- Unwrap the roll after it has set and slice it into bite-sized pieces.
- Roll the pieces in coconut for extra flavor if desired.
