Ingredients

  • 160g pasta
  • 1/2 iceberg lettuce
  • 140g diced chicken
  • 4 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1/4 lemon
  • 40g Parmesan shavings


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Chop the iceberg lettuce and set aside.
  3. Mix the yogurt, mustard, and juice from the lemon quarter to create a dressing.
  4. Drain the cooked pasta and let it cool slightly.
  5. Combine the pasta, lettuce, diced chicken, and dressing in a large mixing bowl.
  6. Toss well to combine everything.
  7. Serve topped with Parmesan shavings.
