Description

A delicious and refreshing pasta salad packed with fresh basil pesto, juicy tomatoes, and creamy mozzarella, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz. pasta (any shape you like)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls, halved or diced
  • ยฝ cup fresh basil pesto
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh basil leaves for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella.
  3. Add the basil pesto and mix well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
